Who is required to fill Part A and Part B of the Application for New Registration?

If the Owner and Publisher are the same, the Owner/Publisher must complete both Part A and Part B of the application. However, if the Owner and Publisher are different entities, the Owner must invite the Publisher through the Press Sewa Portal, after which the Publisher will complete Part B of the application.

Note: In the case of the Non-Individual Ownership category, the Owner and Publisher will always be different. Therefore, the Owner/Applicant must complete Part A, and the Publisher will complete Part B accordingly.
