SUBMISSION OF SELF-DECLARATION CERTIFICATE BY THE PUBLICATIONS REGISTERED WITH PRGI FOR IMPORT OF NEWSPRINT

Self-declaration certificate by Publisher/Owner for import of Newsprint To be submitted to the Press Registrar General, O/o the Press Registrar General of India (PRGI), 9th Floor, Soochna Bhawan, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi - 110003   
OR   
To the concerned designated officer (i.e. Assistant/ Deputy / Additional Press Registrar General) in the concerned Regional / Brach office of PIB which the publisher finds convenient to apply on the basis of their locality

THE PUBLISHER/OWNER OF THE NEWSPAPER/PERIODICAL REGISTERED WITH THE PRGI HAS TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS FOR AUTHENTICATION OF SELF-DECLARATION CERTIFICATE FOR IMPORT OF NEWSPRINT.

  1. A self declaration certificate refer to ANNEXURE I.
  2. A Regularity Certificate issued by concerned PIB office.
  3. A self-attested copy of the Annual Statement filed.
  4. A self-attested copy of Certificate of Registration.
  5. Letter of Authority for submission of the Self-declaration by Publisher/ owner refer to ANNEXURE II.
